A New CPA or Borrower-Prepared P&L Only and Written Verification of Employment Non-QM Portfolio Product

Portfolio365 is a new portfolio product designed to help our business partners stay competitive in this everchanging market. Ideal for highly qualified borrowers who need more flexibility than traditional qualifying guidelines allow but do not need traditional Non-QM exception-based underwriting to qualify.

Now self-employed borrowers can qualify with CPA or Borrower Prepared P&L, no bank statements are required. Wage earners can simply qualify with a WVOE. Some program highlights include… no prepayment penalties for non-owner-occupied properties and gift funds are allowed for 100% down payment or closing costs for all occupancy types.

Portfolio365 is designed to help borrowers with strong credit, high reserves, and disposable income to obtain preferred rates that are near conforming rates. Borrowers with excellent credit can take advantage of ARM rates that start in the low to mid 4s with loan amounts up to $2.5 Million!

Portfolio365 is only available as 5/1 ARM, 7/1 ARM, and 30-year fixed options.
